Forgot to get this out sooner but don't worry, I like a lot of things so will have another one for this month (February) as well.
Reebok Nanos

Granted I don’t drink the crossfit kool-aid (although I take sips every once in a while), they do make some awesome shoes for it. The Reebok “Nano’s” were basically designed for crossfit workouts (jumping, climbing ropes, short runs, lifting, etc.), making them perfect for an all-around training shoe. Now, I’ve probably had (and will not confirm nor deny if I still do) over 100 different pairs of athletic shoes and as of now these are my favorite for the gym. I wouldn’t go trail running or race a triathlon in them, but for short runs, kettlebell swings, and any other gym workouts, I love them. Nano's are on sale right now so grab some HERE.
Competition Kettlebell

Although I feel like I’ve mentioned kettlebells each month, I couldn’t resist but to mention my competition kettlebell. With competition kettlebells all the kettlebells are the same size but different weight and they’re color coded. For example the smallest 8kg (17.6lb) one is pink while my 24kg (53lb) one is green, but they’re same size. For my 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge, I feel like I’ve bonded with my 53lb competition kettlebell.
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

This needs no explanation. Anything with bacon is amazing, adding a vegetable makes it even better. If you’re going to make this, I recommend getting the highest quality bacon you can find and cut it in half lengthwise so the bacon cooks crispier.
Humm Kombucha

Humm Kombucha is local favorite here in Bend, OR (the factory is in town and next to my studio). Even so, their kombucha is absolutely amazing. With flavors like blueberry, strawberry lemonade, and coconut lime it’s hard not to drink a growler a day. Humm Kombucha is spreading like wildfire around grocery stores so keep an eye out for it. Also check out there website.
