For over a year now I’ve been logging my training and racing not only as a training journal for myself, but also as a resource for others to hopefully pick out some information. Well, the time has come to bring this season to an end and start a new one!
I consider my training season from November to October. Meaning I usually start training Mid-November and finish out the season at the end of October (allowing for a 2 week break where I don’t do anything).
Starting from November here was my entire 2015 season in chronological order of training and racing:
BULKING
Dates: November 16th-December 27th (6 weeks)
Training Goal: Put on Muscle Mass.

That's it! I trained, I raced, and most importantly I learned alot. In looking at my season as a whole, it was far from perfect. I had huge gaps in training, unspecifc goals at times, and a lack of focus in what I truly wanted. This being said the ability to learn an understand my mistakes will make my next season so much better. Stay tuned for next post where I will outline my entire 2016 season!
