Off-Season Training Update/ I Suck At Yoga

As I explained in my last post, now that my triathlon season is over I'm taking 6 weeks to focus completely on healing my body and refining my fitness. I'm now 3 weeks into the plan and it's going great! Seriously, for the first time since I can remember I'm actually sticking to a pretty good routine and enjoying it. The biggest thing I've learned through this training is how beat-up my body truly was. By putting myself through various mobility exercises I'm noticing how (for example) my left hip socket is a little crankier than my right, or how I can't hold my hands overhead for extend periods of time. This being said after just 3 weeks my body is healing up to bulletproof status for next season! Below is my exact weekly training plan with some notes on each workout:
Monday: 45-60min outside MAF paced trail run.
These trail runs have been going great. I've doing these on the same trail every morning and each week I'm noticing myself knocking off a few seconds each mile in comparison to the previous week.
Tuesday: ROM/Mobility strength session.
In addition to doing a workout on the TRX mounted in my garage I spend another 30min foam rolling and working through various mobility exercises.
Wednesday: 1 hour spin class
Although there is a lot of standing climbs and various intervals through the class, I manage to keep my heart rate pretty low making this ride fairly aerobic.
Thursday: 1 hour indoor group bike session with the multisport club.
Friday: 1 hour yoga class, 30-45min and a MAF paced run (if I'm feeling up to it)
Out of everything I do in my training, yoga is by far the hardest. I find myself shaking and not being able to hold positions I use too. Which I'm taking as a big sign I lack core strength and general stability.
Saturday: 30min Swim, Strength session
My weekends aren't as strict as my training during the week. Sometimes I lift, sometimes I swim, or sometimes I just do a bunch of yard work.
Sunday: Off day
3 more weeks to go then its off to some different training!
